What does a consultation entail?

It is a free discussion carried out by phone/online or face to face, in which we will discover together what you face or what prevents you from achieving the results you want. Then we'll decide, together, which therapies are right to help you find your balance.

02. Why is consultation so important?

The consultation is an opportunity to discover your expectations regarding the session with me, as well as the history of physical, mental or spiritual discomfort states you have faced up to now. Also during the consultation we can form together a mental path of the steps that should be followed to achieve the objectives.

03. Am I obliged to continue with the therapy after the consultation?

You will decide if you want to continue with the therapies that can change your life, I am only here as a support and to help you whenever you need. During the consultation you will receive all the details you need to make the best decision for you.

04. Will I need more consultations?

The consultation is our first meeting, to get to know each other and determine the next steps. Afterwards we will continue with the therapies and you will have all my support whenever you need it. In some cases, several sessions will be required for the desired results.
